Yak Warranty

Our Warranty

Crewsaver/Yak offer a 12 month guarantee on all their products (except Lifejackets) from the date of consumer purchase. The guarantee is only valid to the original retail consumer purchaser against defects in material or workmanship and a proof of purchase may be required. During the first 12 months of use, if a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing failure Crewsaver/Yak will repair or replace any defective part at our discretion.

Clothing must be clean and dry before being sent back for warranty and repair work. Wet or dirty products will not be repaired and will be returned to sender.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear nor damage resulting from abuse, alteration or unauthorised repair. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Latex Seals

Due to the vulnerability of Latex seals they carry no guarantee once the garment has been used by the consumer.

Fabric Care & Maintenance

To prolong the operational lifetime of your garment, specific care & maintenance instructions should be followed. Failure to comply with these instructions could result in damage to the garment and your warranty being invalidated. Please click here to view these instructions.|
